The National Accounting Office fulfills the Decree # 3576 dated on September 17, 2009.
Pursuant Decree # 3576 dated on September 17, 2009, which modified partially the Decree # 2474 dated on 2008, the National Accounting Office wants to inform that from now on the processes whose value do not exceed the 10% of the Minor Quantity in this Institution, will be published through the link: Contracting - Contracting 10% Minor Quantity in this Web Site.
The National Accounting Office continues trainings to public officials throughout the country.

The National Accounting Office goes ahead carrying out the training program throughout the country called "Advances in the Public Countable Process: Special Situations". The next seminars will be carried out in the cities of Riohacha and Valledupar on the days 17 and 18 of September, 2009, from 08:00 am in the morning until the 2:00 pm in the afternoon. Defaulters are owing to the State $19.2 trillions
Bogotá, D.C., September 3, 2009. According to a report from National Accounting Office the public entities have registered a portfolio in default for $19.2 trillion pesos, at May 31, 2009, pursuant to Bulletin for State´s Defaulters Debtors (BDME).
The National Accounting Office’s report points out that, in total, 307.565 natural personalities owe COLP$12.8 trillion pesos to the State, as long as 67.635 legal personalities are owing COLP$6.4 trillion pesos to it, giving a total amount of COLP$19.2 trillion pesos. With regard to national level entities debts concentrates an 81.6% in favor of the State, as long as for those of territorial level they represent the 18.4%. Press Bulletin Nº2
The National Accounting Office goes ahead with training cycles throughout the country
Bogotá, D.C., August 27, 2009. During September The National Accounting Office will continue carrying out the training cycles throughout the country about the topic: "Advances in the Public Countable Process: Special Situations". The objective is to carry out a feedback with public entities, on advances for the countable process and to specify its treatment in special situations which are impacting in the countable ratio methodology for the economic, social and environmental financial information which is sent for consolidation purposes of Nation´s Balance Sheet.
